Normally difficult to maintain in captivity, we are developing new ways to bring these fascinating creatures into visitor learning at the new Battelle Darby Creek Metro Parks Nature Center. July 12, 2011 The new Battelle Darby Creek Nature Center will feature an innovative Living Stream exhibit. This 53 feet long freshwater aquarium will contain a naturally-sourced, fully-functioning aquatic ecosystem. As part of our design process, we have set up a large scale prototype. June 14, 2011 Planning has begun for the Watkins Community Museum of History. This week we will hold an interpretive planning workshop on their historic property, located in Douglas County, Kansas. As we assist them in their development of thematic and exhibit goals, we have a unique and challenging opportunity to not only incorporate the artifacts housed within the museum, but to draw out features of this intricately-designed building.
April 4, 2011 InterActive Group is pleased to announce that the Mobility Assessment Environmental Simulator at Central Ohio Transit Authority is a reality! After a ramp-up period, the simulator has begun evaluating customers for COTA's "Project Mainstream" paratransit program. The state-of-the-art environment is the first of its kind in the nation to combine advanced technology, special effects and a realistic transit setting.
